Clínica Hispana Cruz 4 is a general medicine practice that opened in January 2020 on Houston's southwest side. Since then we have cared for Latino families from Alief, Sharpstown, Gulfton, Westchase, Mission Bend and Bellaire who want a doctor that explains things in their language and quotes a clear price. The basics in five facts
- Where: 10100 Beechnut St, Suite 240, Houston, TX 77072, with free on-site parking.
- When: weekends included; hours run 9 AM to 9 PM straight through, no midday break. Some holidays have different hours, so call ahead if you're coming on one.
- How: no appointment. Walk in, check in at the front desk and wait for your turn.
- Language: Spanish at every step, and we speak English too.
- Payment: self-pay by cash, debit or credit card. No health insurance required.
What we treat
The clinic's medical team covers most of what a family needs without sending you elsewhere:
Everyday illness. Flu, throat and urinary infections, allergies, thyroid issues, plus ongoing care for diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol.
Exams and paperwork. The I-693 immigration medical exam with a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon; the DOT physical for commercial drivers; school and sports physicals; TB and alcohol and drug testing.
Lab and imaging under one roof. Blood work, urine and stool tests, ultrasound and an EKG.
Women's and men's health. Pap smears, cultures, pregnancy tests and birth control through basic gynecology care; PSA and testosterone in men's health exams. When a result points to specialist care, the team helps arrange the referral.
Minor procedures. Stitches, wound care, abscess drainage and ingrown toenails.
E-prescriptions. If the medical team prescribes a medication, we send it electronically to the pharmacy you choose so you can pick it up when it suits you.

Built for people short on time or coverage
Many people in the area work long shifts or weekends, which is why we stay open until 9 at night every day. And since much of the community pays out of pocket, we tell you the cost before any visit or test. On the promotions page we post fixed-price packages that bundle lab work with a consultation.
